These Terms govern your use of the Prospex Leads LLC website and the lead-generation, quote-request, and messaging services we operate on behalf of client businesses. By submitting a quote request through a site or ad we operate, or by engaging us as a client business, you agree to these Terms.
Our service
Prospex Leads runs local advertising and quote-request forms on behalf of independent service businesses ("clients") and delivers the resulting leads exclusively to the client the request was intended for. We are a marketing service, not the business performing the requested work — any quote, price, scheduling, or service commitment comes from the client business, not from us.
For homeowners & requesters
Submitting a quote request through our forms sends your information to the relevant client business only. We do not resell your request to other companies. Any estimate, appointment, or service is between you and that client business — Prospex Leads is not a party to that work and is not liable for its performance.
Messaging terms
By checking the consent box on a quote form we operate, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
For client businesses
Client relationships (pricing, ad spend, lead terms, and any lead-replacement policy) are governed by the separate agreement signed at onboarding, not by this page. This page covers general use of our website and messaging systems.
Liability
Prospex Leads provides marketing and lead-routing services only. We are not liable for the quality, pricing, scheduling, or performance of work carried out by client businesses. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this website is limited to the amount paid to us, if any, by the party bringing the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
