Prospex Leads LLC ("we," "us") operates local lead-generation marketing on behalf of independent service businesses ("our clients") — currently pressure washing and exterior-cleaning companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our ads, quote forms, or websites on behalf of a client, or when you contact us directly.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: if you submit a quote request through a client's site or ad, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), service address or ZIP code, the service you're requesting, and your desired timeline.
- Automatic information: basic device and usage data (such as pages viewed and referring source) used to improve our sites and ad performance.
- Information from businesses we work with: basic contact and business information when a company signs up as a client.
How we use your information
- To route your quote request to the client business you requested service from, and to send you confirmation and follow-up messages about that request.
- To measure and improve ad performance and lead quality for our clients.
- To communicate with client businesses about the leads we've delivered.
SMS / text messaging & consent
When you check a consent box on a quote form we operate — "I agree to receive a call and text messages about my quote request." — you consent to receive text messages related to your request, sent by us on behalf of the client business. Specifically:
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can still contact the business directly or request service without opting into texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- What you'll receive: a confirmation text after you submit, and follow-up messages about scheduling and your quote. Message frequency varies by conversation.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to any text to stop messages; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- No sharing for others' marketing: we do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with lead-resale marketplaces.
- Exclusive leads: your request is routed to one client business only — we do not resell the same lead to multiple companies.
How we share information
We share your quote request only with the specific client business you requested service from. We use a small number of service providers strictly to operate the business, for example:
- A messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver the texts you consent to.
- An advertising platform (Meta) that showed you the ad you responded to.
These providers may only use your information to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep lead and messaging records as long as needed to serve our clients and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
